Job Summary

This role involves supporting a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg by managing Incidents and Service Requests within a Managed Services environment. The Service Desk Agent will be responsible for qualifying, classifying, and processing IT incidents, ensuring accurate documentation, and routing issues to the correct technical departments. Day-to-day tasks include providing first-level resolution using knowledge databases and supporting technical service colleagues on-site when appropriate. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced Service Desk Agents and motivated career changers (Quereinsteiger) to gain qualification in various IT specializations and secure a long-term, full-time contract.
