Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site service and 2nd Level Support for mobile devices within the client environment of a major German vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. The Service Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of mobile endpoints, including initial deployment and setup of various device types (iPhone, iPad, Android), SIM card management, and asset tracking. Key duties include providing in-person support at the Mobility Shop and handling inquiries via the Mobility Hotline, managing incident tickets, and performing software installations and troubleshooting for mobile operating systems. Candidates should possess experience in order processing, customer service, and strong knowledge of mobile device user support and common smartphones. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible working hours and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
