Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Microsoft Administrator based in Ingolstadt, responsible for maintaining and managing the branch IT infrastructure for a retailer. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring the smooth operation of systems, performing changes to the IT infrastructure, and managing system documentation and knowledge transfer. A key function is providing 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft Servers, analyzing and resolving incidents and problems, and operating the Windows Server infrastructure, including associated authorization services. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows Server Architectures, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Practical experience with Microsoft 365 is also required. This position is initially temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, offering long-term career prospects and flexible working hours.
