Job Summary
This role involves working as a 1st Level IT Support Specialist in Ingolstadt, primarily providing remote and telephone support for the branch IT systems of a Bavarian retailer. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and tracking open support tickets, qualifying disturbances, and escalating issues to 2nd Level Support or external service providers. A critical task is solving problems related to the merchandise management system and supporting users via phone and remote maintenance tools. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education or equivalent technical qualification, have experience in telephone customer support, and be prepared to work shifts, including Saturdays.
