Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to provide high-quality on-site support for a major automotive manufacturer in Ingolstadt. The core focus involves managing and maintaining client workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operation of Windows environments and MS Office software. Day-to-day tasks include processing various IT tickets (B/F, IMAC, H+E), handling individual project assignments, and providing remote support to other customer locations across Germany. The technician will be responsible for ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managing technical escalations.
