Job Summary

This role seeks an IT-savvy and responsible professional to join a market-leading company in IT solutions and service management in Hamburg. The IT Service Technician with Team Lead Function will act as the crucial link between management and team members, overseeing operational planning, scheduling team meetings, and managing vacation/representation schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities also include participating in organizational meetings with clients and providing essential onsite support for Windows, Mac, network, and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate must possess an IT background or equivalent qualification, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and networking expertise (Layer 1-3 switching). Strong German and preferably English language skills are required, along with a structured, ticket/RFS-based work approach.
