Job Summary

This role as an IT Onsite Technician in Wehr (Baden) involves providing comprehensive technical support and IT services, focusing on maintaining operational excellence within an industrial setting. Key responsibilities include the installation and configuration of desktop hardware, software, and associated peripherals, alongside expert troubleshooting for various technical issues. The technician will proactively manage customer communication regarding service disruptions, monitor network performance, and resolve complex issues directly in the industrial environment. You will serve as the central point of contact for all client standard technologies and computer problems. Candidates must demonstrate experience with IT support, solid knowledge of current IT infrastructure, and proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 365. Experience with ITIL processes or ServiceNow is advantageous.
