Job Summary

This role is for an IT Application Support Specialist working for one of Germany's largest IT system houses, assisting companies in transitioning to modern IT architectures. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application ticket resolution, including error analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation to the development team when necessary. A key daily function involves monitoring application operations to ensure continuous availability and providing essential user support and consultation regarding SQL databases and specialized professional applications. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training in the IT field, possesses fundamental knowledge of SQL databases, familiarity with JAVA EE and C programming, and basic understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
