Job Summary

This role is for an organized and experienced professional seeking to lead an IT team in Zwickau for a market-leading provider of IT solutions and IT Service Management. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT team, ensuring smooth project execution, and continuously developing team capabilities. A key focus will be managing Change Management processes for clients and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate possesses a degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology, coupled with multiple years of experience in the IT sector and specific leadership experience within large client environments.
