Job Summary

This role involves providing critical Second Level IT Support as a Service Technician within a renowned industrial company in Stade. The successful candidate will handle IT support requests based on tickets and individual project assignments, focusing on both remote and onsite support. Key responsibilities include capturing and processing incoming customer inquiries, providing onsite support for Windows clients, iOS devices, and addressing network and telecommunication issues. Essential qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development or System Integration, Industrial Systems Technician, or comparable qualification) coupled with professional experience in support. Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office products, Adobe, and experience with cash register systems, money evaluation systems, and time recording hardware configuration are required.
