Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, located in Neckarsulm. The technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site and remote IT support, focusing heavily on managing and maintaining client hardware and software infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, maintaining, and managing client hardware, installing and updating operating systems and various software applications, and delivering direct on-site service to end-users and system services. The role also involves performing First Level Support duties, troubleshooting, and resolving technical disturbances, alongside executing individual installations and configurations as required. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, and possess experience in both on-site and general IT support, coupled with knowledge of hardware and software systems. This full-time position is offered via temporary employment with a potential for permanent takeover, providing an interesting and responsible field of activity with good development opportunities and intensive onboarding.
