Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist in Berlin offers a permanent contract supporting a traditional local company. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, such as installing and configuring hardware (PCs, printers), setting up complete new employee workstations, and managing hardware relocations during site changes. The specialist will handle troubleshooting for Microsoft Office and Windows 10 issues and perform configuration tasks within Active Directory and SAP GUI. A critical aspect involves providing discreet support to VIP clients and maintaining accurate IT documentation.
