Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Client Solution Engineer in Düsseldorf who thrives on solving complex IT challenges and ensuring robust system performance. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of infrastructure services and systems, including planning, integration, configuration, operation, and maintenance. Key daily tasks involve monitoring service availability, implementing backup and recovery tests, optimizing support processes by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and resolving complex application, hardware, and software incidents. Candidates must possess a background as an IT Specialist or equivalent, combined with fundamental knowledge of IT security standards like ISO 27001, strong networking and server systems expertise, and practical experience with cloud services and Microsoft 365. This position offers an attractive salary up to €64,000, flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary assignment.
