This role is for an experienced IT professional ready to lead the Onsite Support team for a major IT services and engineering solutions company in Neckarsulm. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Day-to-day activities include planning assignments, coordinating projects for smooth service delivery, managing technical escalations, and providing professional leadership to assigned IT staff, including conducting team meetings and participating in the hiring process.
