Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Onsite Support in Munich, working for a market-leading company focused on comprehensive IT solutions and service management. The position is full-time and permanent, initially via temporary staffing with the option for direct takeover. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct onsite support at customer locations, managing a variety of IT support tickets (B/F, IMAC, H+E), handling individual project tasks, and performing network patching and hardware maintenance (PCs, notebooks, scanners, label printers). The technician will also be responsible for local inventory management. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard applications, and a structured, communicative approach to customer service. A driver's license is required, and the company offers unique assistance in securing shared apartment accommodation in Munich.
