Job Summary
This role seeks an Onsite IT Service Technician based in Berlin to join a market-leading company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities involve providing hands-on, local support for end-user devices, including notebooks, desktops, and mobile equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing hardware and software fault diagnostics, installing new IT workstations, configuring components for rollout, and meticulously documenting all technical processes within a ticketing system. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with strong foundational knowledge of Windows Client Operating Systems and practical experience utilizing IT support tools.
