Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional, including recent graduates, looking to start or advance their career in field service within the Penzberg, Wolfratshausen, and Murnau areas. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be crucial in supporting industrial clients by executing rollouts, hardware and software provisioning, and infrastructure optimization projects. Daily tasks include providing 1st and 2nd level on-site IT support, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and setting up and instructing end-users on video conferencing systems. You will also execute IT services for various hardware products, including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key requirements include a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
