Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist based in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria, joining a company focused on comprehensive IT support and custom technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the first point of contact for technical assistance, supporting customers with existing installation adjustments, and independently planning and executing software rollouts and updates. A key focus is providing technical help for end-user devices, video conferencing systems, and O365 applications, while also relaying customer feedback to internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses an IT education or equivalent experience in IT support/service desk operations, strong proficiency in both German and English, and a Class B driving license.
