Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for the hardware and software systems of an industrial company located in Offenbach am Main. The Onsite IT Technician will be responsible for managing and resolving technical disruptions reported via a ticketing system, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key daily tasks include supporting Windows end-devices, analyzing and troubleshooting IT issues directly on location, setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workstations, and instructing users on the proper use of new software and hardware. The ideal candidate must possess experience in onsite support, detailed knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365, and proficiency in client setup, personalization, and manual software installation. This full-time position offers a long-term perspective with the option for direct employment takeover after an initial temporary assignment.
