The technician will be responsible for installing and configuring IT solutions, independently analyzing and resolving disruptions within customer IT landscapes, and providing expert IT support. Key responsibilities include incident intake, qualification, and dispatching, leveraging detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and strong technical expertise. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification, such as an IT System Electronics Technician, and possesses strong organizational skills.
