Job Summary
This role is the first point of contact for customers facing daily IT challenges, such as printer errors, email issues, program launches, and login difficulties. The specialist will provide professional telephone and remote support to quickly and efficiently resolve disruptions to workstations and systems. Key requirements include strong communication skills, patience, a solution-oriented mindset, and good knowledge of Windows operating systems, with macOS experience being a plus. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or has comparable qualifications.
