The specialist will provide professional telephone and remote support to quickly and efficiently resolve disruptions to workstations and systems. Key requirements include strong communication skills, patience, a solution-oriented mindset, and good knowledge of Windows operating systems, with macOS experience being a plus. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or has comparable qualifications.
