Job Summary
This role involves specialized planning and engineering within high and extra-high voltage switchgear construction projects. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing the secondary technology, specifically focusing on auxiliary power, protection, and control systems. Day-to-day activities include working closely with project and construction managers throughout all project phases, from initial conception to final customer acceptance. A key focus is the independent structuring and organization of tasks to meet project goals, alongside optimizing and creating comprehensive documentation for all processes and agreements. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or possess equivalent technician training. Ideal qualifications include professional experience in switchgear construction, familiarity with specialized CAE tools like RUPLAN (EVU module) and Engineering Base, and fluency in German, coupled with a structured, solution-oriented approach to engineering challenges.
