Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT Project Management by coordinating and organizing multiple complex IT projects, primarily focused on digitalization and software optimization initiatives. The specialist will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning through to successful roll-out and change management. Key responsibilities include evaluating project scope, creating effort estimations, ensuring high-quality requirements, and managing cost and resource planning, alongside regular reporting to IT leadership. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with initial experience in project management, ideally within an industrial setting. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like MS-Project or Jira is essential. This is a newly created, full-time position offering an unlimited contract and significant development opportunities toward a Project Lead role.
