Job Summary

This role involves serving as the ServiceNow Platform Architect for Schwarz IT, responsible for the digital infrastructure and software solutions across the Schwarz Group. The architect will create the overarching solution architecture for the ServiceNow platform, shaping the technical platform vision to ensure efficient, updateable, and extensible implementation concepts. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients on functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps, and ROI for ServiceNow deployments. The successful candidate will act as the central contact person for Solution Owners regarding ServiceNow integration into the Enterprise Architecture, establish long-term operating models based on ServiceNow standards, and create governance and design documentation. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow portfolio and architecture, ideally holding CSA, CTA, and other ServiceNow Implementer certifications, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
