Job Summary

This role involves supporting the central IT Data Store by collecting and providing business-relevant data and ensuring the smooth, continuous operation of the Business Intelligence (BI) platform. Day-to-day tasks include error and root cause analysis, implementing corrections, and preventative measures to maintain system stability, alongside communicating with affected internal clients. The specialist will continuously optimize and automate BI platforms, address security vulnerabilities, and serve as the key interface between Business Consulting and Infrastructure teams, both nationally and internationally. The position requires technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and initial experience in BI or Artificial Intelligence, leveraging basic knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA, and fundamental programming skills in languages like SQL and ABAP.
