Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Technician specializing in 2nd Level Client Support within Rostock. The successful candidate will join a market-leading company providing comprehensive IT solutions, ranging from infrastructure management and cloud services to full outsourcing. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site support to end-users, performing installations and troubleshooting for end devices, participating in hardware rollout projects, and replacing defective hardware.
