Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join an innovative company specializing in the development and production of high-quality electrical devices in Wiesbaden. The primary responsibilities involve providing direct, on-site customer consultation and support. Day-to-day tasks include technical support for personnel control devices in various security areas and representing the team at trade fairs, events, and specialist conferences. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT Systems Electronics, coupled with strong PC and MS Office skills. The position requires a willingness to travel extensively (approximately 40%) and necessitates a clean police record and a Class B driving license. This is a full-time, permanent contract position, initially offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, providing a secure workplace and modern equipment.
