Job Summary
This senior leadership role as Head of Managed Services in Augsburg requires directing and refining tailored IT solutions with a focus on precision and strategic portfolio development. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the Managed Services division, leading service teams both technically and disciplinarily. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless operations, strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing customer relationships, handling escalation processes, and overseeing capacity, resource, and budget planning. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in an IT Service leadership capacity. Essential knowledge includes IT infrastructure, network, and cloud technologies, along with expertise in IT Service processes and ITIL standards. The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and a high degree of customer orientation and business acumen.
