Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician in Düren, working for a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities include providing comprehensive IT support, both remotely and on-site, managing assets, clients, and Active Directory, and overseeing the Microsoft 365 environment. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving IT disruptions within network and printer environments, processing customer service requests, setting up and restructuring IT workstations, and training users on hardware and software usage. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist or an equivalent IT qualification, possessing professional experience, strong knowledge of MS Windows and Office, and expertise in networking and using ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, providing 30 days of vacation and flexible working hours.
