Job Summary

This role involves hands-on operation and monitoring of complex, automated filling systems crucial for the production of silicones and adhesives. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for setting up equipment, carefully following chemical recipes in mixing vessels, and documenting all production parameters and data via OEE terminals. A key part of the job includes rigorous quality control, such as routine sample collection and checking packaging and weight tolerances to ensure product integrity. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, such as a Chemical Production Specialist certification, coupled with professional experience and a strong technical aptitude for complex processes.
