Job Summary

This role involves the independent control and monitoring of complex production equipment, including kettles, mixers, and reactors, for a client based in Halle Westfalen. As a Chemical Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness through technical functional testing and GMP-compliant cleaning of systems. A significant portion of the day-to-day work involves performing critical process steps in aseptic environments, such as operating isolators and conducting sterile filtration for liquid or gaseous media. You will be tasked with maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring meticulous documentation in batch protocols and logbooks. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Pharmacist, Chemical Technician, Laboratory Assistant, or Food Technology Specialist.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a scientific, chemical, or technical field
  • Experience in operating production plants such as reactors, mixers, or boilers
  • Experience working within GMP-regulated environments and following manufacturing instructions
