Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing IT Knowledge Management initiatives, focusing on developing policies, guidelines, and managing knowledge processes and databases. The IT Knowledge Manager will be responsible for IT project management specifically related to knowledge management, including migration planning, execution, and service transition for new IT services. Key requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in IT Knowledge Management, ideally utilizing knowledge databases, documentation, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, alongside strong communication, presentation, and moderation competencies, ensuring the effective steering and development of IT processes within a large IT department.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a comparable IT-related degree, or comparable qualification (e.g., IT further education with several years of relevant experience)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Knowledge Management
  • Experience in handling knowledge databases, documentation, or collaboration tools
  • Experience in IT project management
  • Experience in the steering and further development of IT processes
