Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing IT Knowledge Management initiatives, focusing on developing policies, guidelines, and managing knowledge processes and databases for a large IT department of approximately 175 employees. The IT Knowledge Manager will be responsible for IT project management related to knowledge initiatives, including migration planning, execution, and service transition for new IT services. Key requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, coupled with practical experience in IT Knowledge Management, ideally utilizing knowledge databases and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking, excellent communication and moderation skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented work ethic.
