Job Summary

This Senior Onsite Support Technician role, based in Munich, focuses on providing critical Second Level Support for the IT infrastructure of major industrial companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, conducting system diagnostics and performance monitoring, and ensuring strict adherence to IT security guidelines. Key duties also include maintaining existing installations and planning and executing comprehensive software rollouts. To excel, you must possess a Certified IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, coupled with several years of experience in IT support, robust knowledge of Windows Server administration, network administration, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
