This crucial role involves actively contributing to the climate transition by identifying and analyzing promising locations for wind and photovoltaic (PV) projects, ensuring all planning law criteria are met. The Specialist Planner will develop precise site plans, innovative concepts, and planning variants, including preparing approval and execution plans for wind projects under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and securing building permits for PV projects. Key responsibilities also include project conceptualization and guidance through to approval readiness, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. The role demands excellent communication skills for engaging with authorities, experts, and the public in citizen assemblies, alongside meticulous reporting within the project team.
