This crucial role involves driving the transformation towards modern, digitalized, and efficient application and contract management for energy facility construction projects (Electricity, Gas, District Heating). The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, process designer, and change manager, focusing on making connection processes faster, more digital, and customer-centric. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current processes, identifying and implementing optimization potential, and leading the introduction of new digital solutions like customer portals. You will ensure compliance with all technical, legal, and economic frameworks (such as EEG and EnWG), and manage the planning and coordination of network connection projects. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering or Energy Economics, several years of experience in grid connection or energy technology, and a strong digital mindset.
