Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the economic, timely, and compliant planning and construction supervision for network investment, connection, and relocation projects within the district heating sector. The Project Coordinator serves as the central liaison between customers, internal departments, and external service providers, guiding projects from early planning through to commissioning. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients and planning offices on new connections, preparing tender documents, awarding contracts, and managing construction execution according to phases 8-9 of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). The ideal candidate must ensure adherence to construction, safety, and legal regulations, manage cost control, quality assurance, and project documentation, ultimately contributing to the high quality and reliability of essential district heating infrastructure. Success requires a relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong communication skills.
