Head of Cyber Security Services | Data Engineer

Job Summary

This senior leadership position requires taking ownership of and strategically redesigning the Cyber Security Services department, working in close coordination with executive management, the ICT division head, and group CISOs. The Head of Cyber Security Services will lead approximately 35 employees across three teams, ensuring the continuous operation and advancement of critical security functions, including the SOC, Incident Response, Security Operations, and Security Engineering. Responsibilities also encompass comprehensive budget oversight, managing external security partners and authorities, and proactively monitoring emerging technologies and trends. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience leading interdisciplinary IT security teams, profound knowledge of security architecture, and high resilience, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
