Job Summary
This role is ideal for a highly motivated Building Services and Facility Management Engineer ready to take ownership of complex projects from design through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive project planning, design, and execution of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HKLS/MEP) systems. The successful candidate will manage tender processes, prepare detailed project plans up to assembly readiness, and independently handle assigned projects, including preparing technical quotations and managing work preparation. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in HKLS (such as an apprenticeship or technical college degree) and excellent proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, alongside general IT competency.
