This role is ideal for an engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/S) systems, focusing on project execution and technical planning within building services and facility management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HKLS (HVAC/S) projects, including conceptual design, detailed planning, execution, and preparation of tender documents and project schedules up to the installation readiness phase. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in HKLS (such as an apprenticeship, HTL, or college degree) and very strong proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD.
