Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of critical communication and surveillance systems, primarily within a healthcare or institutional setting in Vienna. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing faults in communication technology equipment, including light-call, emergency-call, and patient-call systems, as well as video surveillance and audiovisual devices (e.g., televisions). Key duties include system monitoring, maintenance, functional checks, and the creation of essential documentation for quality assurance. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification in electrical, information, or communication technology and possesses strong technical understanding, reliability, and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable environment within a large company, requiring flexibility for occasional night and weekend shifts.
