Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Electrical Engineering Technician to ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of critical communication and audiovisual infrastructure within a large organization in Vienna. Key responsibilities include rapid fault analysis, systematic troubleshooting, and the servicing of complex systems such as nurse call, emergency call, patient call, video surveillance, and general audiovisual equipment (e.g., televisions). The technician will be responsible for performing rigorous functional checks, generating detailed measurement, testing, and documentation records for quality assurance, and collaborating effectively with both internal clients and external partners. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification in electrical, information, or communications technology and demonstrate strong technical understanding, reliability, and team spirit. While professional experience is beneficial, the willingness to participate in scheduled night and weekend duties (on-call basis) is a requirement for this secure, long-term position.
