Job Summary

This Senior Project Engineer role involves leading and managing complex infrastructure projects focused on modernizing and maintaining the rail network, specifically centered around the Frankfurt Airport Electronic Interlocking System (ESTW). Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical and content management of all project phases, particularly concerning signaling and safety technology, telecommunications, and electrical power systems. The successful candidate will act as the client/owner, managing approval processes, coordinating all project stakeholders, handling tendering and contract management (HOAI, VOB, VOL, BGB), and ensuring strict adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards.
