Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Project Management Office (PMO) administrator, primarily supporting aerospace programs, development initiatives, and series production projects. The Project Administrator will be responsible for moderating hybrid project meetings, including Sprint planning, Stand-Ups, and Retrospectives, ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking. A key focus is on monitoring and controlling project advancement, integrating with controlling and program management functions, and preparing financial reviews and budget approvals. The role requires meticulous project documentation, status reporting for decision-making, and the development and delivery of Best Practice training materials for PM methodologies. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, coupled with fluent German and very good English skills, to contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards.
