Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous operation and optimization of test benches and associated operational and plant technology within the research and development sector in Nuremberg. The Test Bench Electronics Technician will be responsible for maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of test stands, focusing on localizing and resolving issues in programs for various PLC and contactor controls, as well as electrical and mechatronic systems. A key aspect of the job is implementing improvements, documenting changes (e.g., in EPLAN), and performing minor mechanical tasks while strictly adhering to safety regulations. Candidates must possess a background as an Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, strong proficiency in Siemens S7/TIA control technology, EPLAN, and knowledge of MSR control and regulation technology. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Industrial Electrician, Industrial Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification; Certified Electrical Specialist for systems up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC

  • Experience in locating, analyzing, and resolving faults in PLC and electrical systems
