This role, based in Munich, seeks a dedicated Laboratory Engineer specializing in polymeric materials within the dynamic Automotive sector. The core responsibilities involve hands-on material and component testing in the lab, strictly adhering to relevant factory standards and testing instructions. A key focus is on performing, evaluating, and interpreting complex chemical-physical analyses. The engineer will also plan and execute material-technical component validations, particularly for Powertrain applications, and provide crucial technical support during component assessments, including damage analysis on polymeric parts during testing. Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering, coupled with profound knowledge of polymeric materials and processing technologies. Success requires an independent, practical, and team-oriented approach, along with strong English proficiency, offering a long-term, permanent career perspective with individualized training programs.
