Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and technical stability within a dynamic, internationally oriented environment in Munich. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for providing personalized technical assistance to end-users, participating in various individual IT projects, and creating comprehensive technical documentation for all workflows. Key daily tasks include delivering First and Second Level Support and managing Windows clients, printers, network components, and telecommunication equipment. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in the IT field, practical experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and iOS operating systems, and knowledge of standard applications and networking.
