Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Service Technician ready for a new challenge involving regional and nationwide assignments, primarily based in Dietzenbach. The core responsibilities include performing in-depth fault analysis and repairs on various devices, both at the company site and directly at customer locations. A significant part of the job involves offering crucial technical support to customers and dealers, addressing hardware and software issues via phone and email, and handling installations either remotely or on-site. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for meticulous data maintenance within the CRM and ERP systems, specifically ORACLE Netsuite. Candidates must possess a completed technical or mechatronics qualification, a driver's license, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
