Job Summary
This versatile role combines internal technical support with field-based service activities. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of equipment at customer locations while also serving as a central point of contact for technical inquiries. Your day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone and email, supporting both customers and dealers. Additionally, you will manage technical data within the ORACLE Netsuite CRM and ERP systems. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and a balanced lifestyle, with field assignments primarily consisting of pre-planned day trips within Germany (averaging two days per week). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a mechanical or technical field, such as Technician or Mechatronics Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Service Technician
- Experience in mechanical or technical fields
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, specifically ORACLE Netsuite
- Experience in customer-facing technical support and advisory roles
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (primarily day trips within Germany, approximately 2 days per week).
