Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join an expanding IT consulting firm, specializing in information and communication technology services, as a permanent IT Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential field support, including the installation of operating systems and applications, and managing the existing PC inventory. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and dismantling both new and used equipment, performing critical data backups, and executing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with solid knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and strong hardware expertise. A Class B driving license and good proficiency in both German and English are mandatory for this Berlin-based position, which offers a company car and attractive compensation.
